Causes:
         This condition is a spirit-induced affliction, they called as busaw.
Materials:
         They are no tool used for diagnosis. The healer can diagnose the condition just by doing physical assessment.
Management:
         The healer employed the use of selected herbal plants bunal (Talaingod Manobo) and bilya (Talaingod Manobo) (vine). The healer gets an approximately 1 yard of vine of bunal and bilya. He/she then directly squirts the water from the vine stem towards the anterior fontanel of the patient. Another medicinal plant used was salimantow. An approximate palm-sized bark of salimantow was gathered and scorched then applied the soot formed to the part where pain was felt.
