It is a combinaton of severe headache, muscle pains accompanied by body weakness, painful eyes and gums as if the teeth will fall, unwanted hairfall. Irritation and pain is felt even when a single hair is touched so there is a need for complete rest without disturbance.

Material/s: 1. Bolongang balagon (stem) 2. mantaawi (stem) 3. banag (stem) 4. kawilan (stem) Method/s: Decoction: Chop the stem into small pieces and mx it with 3-5 glasses of water and bring to a boil.
Management:
Drink the decoction three (3) times a day after eating.The decoction may be used as drinking water (hinubigon) or at any time of the day until there is no more indications of bughat.
