Material/s: 1. Manunggal na kahoy(roots) 2. sibukaw(roots) 3. salom kahoy(roots) 4. dita na kahoy(roots) 5. uway(roots) 6. pahauling tungkan(roots) 7. banag (roots) Method/s: Decoction: Gather enough roots and boil in 3-5 glasses of water. In other way,add wine and soak.
Management:
Drink the decoction three (3) times a day after eating.The decoction may be used as drinking water (hinubigon) or at any time of the day until there is no more indications of bughat. For the soaked wine, drink 1/4 glass of wine before going to bed.
