Materials:
Material/s: 1. Dalapot (leaves) 2. Handilimokon (leaves) 3. Gabon (leaves) 4. oregano (leaves) 5. lagundi(leaves) Method/s: Decoction: Gather enough amount of leaves. Boil in 3-5 glasses of water.
Management:
Drink the decoction every after meal or three (3) times a day after eating.The decoction may be used as drinking water(hinubigon) or at any time of the day until the cough and colds is gone.
