Material/s: 1. Dalapot (leaves) 2. Lagundi(leaves) Method/s: Decoction: Get a handful of dalapot leaves and boil these in 3-5 glasses of water.
Management:
Drink the decoction three (3) times a day after eating.The decoction may be used as drinking water (hinubigon) or anytime of the day until there is no more cough.
