Materials:
Material/s: Kahoy nga Tuang(leaves) Method/s: Decoction: Get enough amount of leaves and add to 3-5 glasses of water.Boil.
Management:
Take the blood pressure first before drinking. Drink the decoction three (3) times a day before eating.The decoction may be used as drinking water(hinubigon) or at any time of the day until blood pressure decreases. Blood pressure monitoring is encouraged as well.
