Material/s: 1. halom (leaves) 2. tulog-tulog pula ( newly sprout leaf) 3. alibongog( leaves) 4. hanonom-o (leaves) Method/s: Gather one handful of leaves of the plants needed. Mix then burn until these are turned to ashes. "Himulso" is done first by the healer to determine the cause of the fever.
Management:
Put enough amount of ashes on the pulsating area.
