When a person worked too much, extending his physical capacities then at the end of day, wash himself/herself without letting his body rest first. It is usually characterized by body malaise, muscle jerking and spasms evident on the extremities, accompanied by headache and dizziness.

Materials:
Material/s: 1. Malawmaw (stem) 2. Tugas simul-aw (stem) 3. taypo na pula(stem) 4. Lagikaw(stem) 5. Kahoy alom( stem) Method/s: Decoction: finely chop the stem into small pieces and boil it in 3-5 glasses of water.
Management:
Drink the decoction every after meal or three (3) times a day after eating.The decoction may be used as drinking water(hinubigon) or at any time of the day until the "pasmo" is gone. In another way, the decoction may be used to wash the client's body especially ont he part affected by the "pasmo".
