Material/s: 1. Kalagaskagas (stem) 2. bayabas ( newly sprout leaf) 3. Dalapot (newly sprout leaf) Method/s: Decoction: Finely chop the stem into small pieces and boil it in 3-5 glasses of water.
Management:
Drink the decoction every after meal or three (3) times a day after eating.The decoction may be used as drinking water(hinubigon) or at any time of the day until stomachache is gone. Chew 3 newly-sprouted leaf of bayabas (guava) and dalapot as well.
