Sinnat is commonly translated into English as relapse. Usually described as a condition where in a person recovered from an illness then suddenly gets sick again shortly after. Sinnat also refers as bughat in Bisaya and binat in Tagalog. Another form of bughat where in women are affected which they experienced after giving birth or after having an abortion or miscarriage. Signs and symptoms include: headache, body pains/ malaise, chills, dizziness, easy fatigability, and sometimes even blindness.

Causes:
The usual cause of sinnat is over fatigability. The person who recovered from a certain illness goes back to work with out proper recuperation from his/her illness. Resulted in relapse, sometimes much worst from her/his former condition.
Materials:
No materials are used for diagnosing. Healers based their diagnosis on sign and symptoms verbalized and manifested by the patient.
Management:
Medicinal plants used in treatment for sinnat or relapse in English are the following: Kalatae, Kaningag, Kasila-kayo, Lomaddab, Mopul, Nagon-nagon, combination of Pakama+ Tagurano + Sigbatalo, Pararan, Salangyawan, Tagamaing, Banag, concoction of Banag + Lagnub+ Notap+ Uli-uli, Bayabas, and Beri. Aside from plants, non-plant was also employed like the "bato sa sapa" or river stone for the treatment of relapse.
