Environmental factors like sudden change in temperature, exposure to dust, pollens, allergens. It may also be due to stress and overfatigue.
Materials:
Material/s: 1. Oregano(leaves) 2. Pangasam( leaves) 3. Lagundi(Leaves and stem) 4. Abgaw balagon( stem) Method/s: Decoction:Gather enough leaves and stem. The stem should be chopped into small pieces then boin in 3-5 galsses of water or put all the chopped stem and leaves in a glass of hot water and leave for around 5 minutes.
Management:
Drink the decoction three (3) times a day after eating.The decoction may be used as drinking water(hinubigon) or at any time of the day until the cough and colds is gone.
