Materials:
Material/s: 1.Tabong hangin (leaves) 2. Luy-a tapol( flesh), 3. Kaningag( roots) Method/s: Decoction: Gather all plants. Finely chop the flesh of luy-a tapol and kaningag roots. Wash together with the tabong hangin leaves. Boil for 5 minutes in 1 liter of water.
Management:
Drink the decoction every after meal or three (3) times a day after eating.The decoction may be used as drinking water (hinubigon) and at any time of the day until cough is gone.
