Material/s: Mais ( corn-red) Method/s: Toast the corn in the fire/grill the corn. Put the toasted corn in a glass of warm water.
Management:
Take the blood pressure first before drinking. Drink the soaked water three (3) times a day before eating.The soaked water may be used as drinking water(hinubigon) or at any time of the dat until blood pressure decreases. Blood pressure monitoring is encouraged as well.
