Materials:
Material/s: 1. Lambi sa lubi( fleshy part of the coconut) 2. Leaves from different fruit trees (mangga,nangka,macopa,etc.) Method/s: Decoction: Mix all the leaves and the fleshy part of the coconut, add 3-5 glasses of water then boil.
Management:
Drink the decoction every after meal or three (3) times a day after eating.The decoction may be used as drinking water(hinubigon) or at any of the day until indigestion is gone.
