Causes:
         It is when one cannot eat on time, lack of rest, sleep, stress and overfatigue.
Materials:
         Material/s: 1. Kaningag (roots) 2. Kabuhay (leaves and roots) 3. Taboghangin( stalk) Method/s: Scrape the roots of the kaningag, chop the roots of kabuhay and the stalk of taboghangin. Wash these with water including the leaves of kabuhay. Decoction:Boil in 1 liter of water.
Management:
         Drink the decoction every after meal or three (3) times a day after eating.The decoction may be used as drinking wate r(hinubigon) and at any time of the day until "kabuhi" is gone.
