Material/s: 1. Halom Kahoy(stem) 2. Taypong pula(stem) 3. Bangkal(stem)4. Malawmaw( stem) 5. Lagikaw(stem) Method/s: Decoction: Chop all the stem into small pieces and boil it with 3-5 glasses of water.
Management:
Drink the decoction three (3) times a day after eating.The decoction may be used as drinking water (hinubigon) or at any time of the day until "pasmo" is gone.
