Material/s: 1. Lagikaw(roots) 2. Pahauling oulian (roots/stem) 3. Bangkal (stem) 4. Tuba Puti (stem) 5. Atis (leaves) 6. Taypong Pula (stem) 7. Tugas Hamul-aw (stem) 8. Malawmaw (stem) Method/s: Decoction: Gather enough amount of roots, stem and leaves. Finely chop the stem into small pieces. Mix everything and boil in 3-5 glasses of water.
Management:
Drink the decoctionevery after meal or three (3) times a day after eating.The decoction may be used as drinking water(hinubigon) or at any time of the day until the condition improves or no more pasmo experienced.
