- Kusoy (Unod), Gonda(Unod), Luy-a (native-roots), Sibuyas na pula ang bunga(),Ahos (native-clove)and glana (from bugtong nga lubi sa east or not bugtong)[Kusoy (flesh), Gonda (flesh), Luy-a (native-roots), Sibuyas with a red fruit, Ahos (native-clove) and coconut oil from red drupeof coconut that planted in east -Slice enough amount of the ingredients and add the lana.Boil the mixture using the earthen pot. Put in a bottle to preserve.Apply the mixture on fontanel, forehead, tongue and neck then starting from the right side, apply on shoulders, brachial pulses, radial pulses, popliteal, ankles and dorsum's of the foot. Do the applications of the mixture on the said area forming cross while praying.]-Slice enough amount of the ingredients and add the lana.Boil the mixture using the earthen pot. Put in a bottle to preserve.Apply the mixture on fontanel, forehead, tongue and neck then starting from the right side, apply on shoulders , brachial pulses, radial pulses, popliteal, ankles and dorsum's of the foot. Do the application of the mixture on the said area forming cross while praying.

- Much better to use oil from a bugtong nga lubi located in the East. Use all of the parts and the connected parts of the coconut used in cooking the oil. Do this on Wednesday.
