- Sili, gloya or ginger and oil-Pound a jar of sili fruit and rhizome of gloya. Put the 3 lapad oil in the pan and put the pounded sili and gloya. Cook until sili and gloya become crispy. Stand to cool. Apply the prepared liniment on the affected area 3x a day. Do this as needed.
