Method of Preparation: Infusion-Harvest a handful of leaves of Buongon, Uli-uli, Angkakama, and Ingkakalang. Boil the leaves in a 3-5 glasses of water, wait until it boils. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the infusion before giving birth.
