Method of Preparation: Infusion-Boil 3 pieces of flowers of bilay and 3 pieces of leaves of gapas; add some salt and some "abo" coming from the middle part of the "abuhan".
Direction for use: Drink the infusion until the affliction is gone or use the infusion to massage the affected part.
