Method of Preparation: Decoction-Get a handful of roots of Bilbugay, Lawaan, Tugas, and shoot of Lumbiya. Boil first the roots using the water used in washing the rice (pinaghugasan ng bigas) then when it turns to boil mix the shoot of Lumbiya.
Direction for use: Let the mother drink the decoction to express it into breast milk.
