Indication: For bughat (Bisaya), pregnancy relapse (English)
Plant part used: Roots
Method of Preparation: Decoction-Boil both roots of abaka and pako in approximately 4 glasses of water.
Direction for use: Let the mother drink 1 glass of the decoction only once a day before she can drink cold water.
Additional information: After giving birth, the mother should avoid drinking cold water because it could cause her to have a relapse.
