1 Fruit (Unod), 2 Root, 3 Bark, 4 Leaves with stems
Method of Preparation:
Decoction- Boil the different parts altogether in a one full water dipper (tabo in Tagalog). Wait until it boils.
Direction for use:
Let the patient drink the decoction until she feels better.
Additional information:
Sinnat in Tagabawa or Bughat in Bisaya, and Binat in Tagalog is commonly translated into English as relapse. But there is another form of bughat which women are usually affected. The term is used to refer the signs and symptoms: headache, body pains/ malaise, chills, dizziness, easy fatigability, and even blindness a mother experienced after giving birth or after having abortion or miscarriage.
