Method of Preparation: Get one stone from the river. Wash the stone thoroughly. Boil in 2-3 glasses of water.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction until the affliction is gone.
Additional information: Sinnat refers to relapse. Usually described as a condition where in a person recovered from an illness, then gets sick again but his/her condition got even worser. But the sinnat mentioned here is another form of relapse which is commonly associated with women after giving birth. It is called bughat in Bisaya and binat in Tagalog.
