Method of Preparation: Get a stone from the river. Put to boil in 2-3 glasses of water.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction Repeat the process until patient gets well.
Additional information: Sinnat refers to relapse. Usually described as a condition where in a person recovered from an illness, then gets sick again but his/her condition got even worser. But the sinnat mentioned here is another form of relapse which is commonly associated with women after giving birth. It is called bughat in Bisaya and binat in Tagalog.
