Method of Preparation: Infusion-Boil a handful of beri leaves in 1 full 'kabo'or (water dipper) of water until half of the water remains.
Direction for use: Drink the infusion until affliction is gone.
Additional information: Sinnat is commonly translated into English as relapse. Usually described as a condition where in a person recovered from an ilness then suddenly gets sick again shortly after. Sinnat also refers as bughat in Bisaya and binat in Tagalog.
