Method of Preparation: Scorched fiber- Scorch about a handful of abaca fiber.
Direction for use: Eat about 3 tbsp. of scorched saha until the pain felt alleviates.
Additional information: Masakit e tabbek or gattak refers to stomach ache or sakit sa tiyan (Bisaya).
