Method of Preparation: Grilled bark-Gather the bark of the gintalos and wrap it using a banana leaf, then subject the wrapped gintalos to fire enough to produce some juice or the banana leaf turns translucent (painitan). After heating, let it cool for a while.
Direction for use: Apply the bark around the neck like wearing a necklace. Change the bark when it's already dry. Use it until the phlegm is gone
