Method of Preparation: Decoction- Boil 3-5 pieces of roots in 1 kabo of water, wait until 1/2 kabo is left.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction once or twice a day until condition improves.
Additional information: Sinnat refers to relapse. Usually described as a condition where in a person recovered from an illness, then gets sick again but his/her condition got even worser. But the sinnat mentioned here is another form of relapse which is commonly associated with women after giving birth.
