Indication: For bitannu (Tagabawa), sip-on (Bisaya)
Plant part used: Mature leaves
Method of Preparation: Expressed juice- Rub the mature leaves between two hands until the juice comes out.
Direction for use: Let the patient sniff directly to his/her nose the rubbed leaf.
Additional information: Bitannu refers to common colds.
