Method of Preparation: Decoction-Get a bark approximately a size of a palm, then boil in 1 glass of water.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction 3 x a day until relapse is resolved.
Additional information: Sinnat or Bughat is commonly translated into English as relapse. Usually described as a condition where in a person recovered from an ilness then suddenly gets sick again shortly after.
