Indication: For sinnat (Tagabawa)
Plant part used: Shoot
Method of Preparation: Take 2 thumb-size shoots of each of lommadab and pakama plants.
Direction for use: Eat directly. Should be eaten only once
Additional information: Sinnat is commonly translated into English as relapse. Usually described as a condition where in a person recovered from an ilness then suddenly gets sick again shortly after. Sinnat also refers as bughat in Bisaya and binat in Tagalog.
