Common name: Native coffee (English), Kape (Filipino)
Local name: Nitibong kape (Bisaya), Kape (Tagalog)
Indication: For masakit ka ulo (Tagabawa)
Plant part used: Coffee Beans or Fruit
Method of Preparation: Grilled beans-Gather the ripe fruits then sundry until totally dry. Grill the dried beans then pound until it becomes powder.
Direction for use: Add hot water to the powdered coffee beans. Drink as desired.
Additional information: Masakit ka ulo refers to head ache.
