Method of Preparation: Decoction-Scrape the stem of pararan, then boil it in a 2 glasses of water.
Direction for use: Drink 3 times a day before or after meals. Drink the decoction within 2 days only.
Additional information: Sinnat is commonly translated into English as relapse. Usually described as a condition where in a person recovered from an illness then suddenly gets sick again shortly after. Sinnat also refers as bughat in Bisaya and binat in Tagalog.
