Local name: Rame (Tagabawa), Andalamay (Bisaya), Lipang-aso (Tagalog)
Indication: For "seballo" or "sibanlo"
Plant part used: Mature leaves
Method of Preparation: Infusion and Compress- Obtain a handful of mature leaves of rame then put it in boil in 3 full hands of water.
Direction for use: Use the infusion as a compress on the affected area.
Additional information: "Seballo" or "Sibanlo" refers to cultural infliction caused by "magkatawa" laughing/ making fun to any kinds of animal. Signs and symptoms include fever and flushing of the face (mamula ang nawong).
