Method of Preparation: First; remove thorns of a foot long trunk of piarina. Broil and squeeze to collect juice. Then mix with a crushed leaf of atsibar. Boil mixture in 3 cups of water to produce 1 cup decoction.
Direction for use: Adolescent/adult/65 yrs. & above: Drink 1 cupful decoction 3x a day.
