Method of Preparation: Decoction: Get the roots of (a) banban, (b) badbaran, and (c) sulbaran. Boil equal proportion of the roots in 3-5 glasses of water for 10 minutes. Note: When you treat "baranga or paktola'' the plants to used should not be even quantity.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction.
