- Bulonti- Gather 7 pieces of roots measuring 1 inch each. Boil the roots using earthen pot in 3 regular glasses of water for 10 minutes. Drink the decoction 3x a day after meals. Do this as needed.

- Pray before taking the roots and strong faith is important. Take only the plant that can be found at east part.
