- It is believed that the person who instilled grudge on the patient uses black magic or sorcery to harm the person.
- Materials:
- Material used are plates, native chicken, and knife for the sacrificial ceremony.
- Management:
- Scrape the inside portion of the bark of bulloy. Place the scraped bark on a plate along with a native chicken being offered using the knife. This is to fend off the illness by using a sacrifice.

- The native chicken and a knife serve as a 'curse.' These also protect the healer from catching such illness.
