- It is usually done by someone whom the client knows but mostly from people the client does not know. It is transmitted by chanting spells through the air, touch, looking to someone's eyes, and even from the things the client is using like dinnerwares.

- Material/s: 1. Bayabas ( newly-sprout leaf) 2. kalagaskagas( stem) Method/s: Mix the leaves with the the finely chopped stem in a glass of hot water. Let it soak.

- Drink the water every after meal or three (3) times a day after eating.The soaked leaves and stem may be used as drinking water(hinubigon) or at any time of the day until one feels better and the symptoms are gone.
