It usually occurs in a crowded place. The client initially experiences dizziness, headache, itchy throat, sore throat, shiver, low grade fever, voice usually disappears slowly, cold sweat; pale skin, lips, conjunctiva and nailbeds and; muscle weakness. In other cases, client may lose consciousness.

Causes:
         It is usually done by someone whom the client knows but mostly from people the client does not know. It is transmitted by chanting spells through the air, touch, looking to someone's eyes, and even from the things the client is using like dinnerwares.
Materials:
         Material/s: 1. Pahauling ulian ( stem/roots) 2. Pangasam (stem/roots) 3. Tambaligasa (stem/roots) Method/s: Gather enough amount of roots and stem. Finely chop the stem. \put the stem and the roots in a bottle. Add coconut oil.
Management:
         Apply soaked oil in all pulsating area and in other parts of the body where pain is felt.
