Method of Preparation: Decoction: Chop the stem of (a) bangkal, (b) kawilan, (c) mantaawi, (d) buli-buli, and (e) bolongang balagon into small pieces. Mix and boil equal proportion of the stem in 5 glasses of water.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day after eating or at anytime of the day until there is no more indications of "bughat".
