Method of Preparation: Decoction: Chop the stem of (a) bangkal, (b) malawmaw, (c) lagikaw, and (d) tugas hamol-aw into small pieces. Mix and boil equal proportion of the stem in 5 glasses of water.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day after eating or at anytime of the day.
