Method of Preparation: Decoction: Get the whole roots of (a) kaningag, 3 leaves of (b) salingkapaw, 3 leaves of (c) lagundi. Boil in 5 glasses of water for 10 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day after eating.
