Mastication- Gather 1 mature leaf then tear it into 7 parts. |
Direction for use: |
The leaf is masticated by the healer and then "tugpa" or blown to the affected part three times. Done only once a day until the affliction is gone. |
Additional information: |
Sabar is a Tagabawa term culturally defined affliction/ disease, it's usually manifested with common symptoms such as head ache, fever, colds but pain in different body areas is the most common patients' complaint. |
