Decoction-Gather roots of kasila and bire. Boil it in 5 glasses of water, wait until 3 glasses are left. |

Sinnat is commonly translated into English as relapse. Usually described as a condition where in a person recovered from an ilness then suddenly gets sick again shortly after. Another term for sinnat is bughat in Bisaya and binat in Tagalog. |
