Decoction- Gather about a handful of papaya roots, preferrably 3 pieces in quantity. Boil in one glass of water, wait until it boils. |

Take the decoction as prescribed. Divided in to 3 parts. Continue until condition improves. |

Sinnat is commonly translated into English as relapse. Usually described as a condition where in a person recovered from an ilness then suddenly gets sick again shortly after. |
