Prepare the roots of pahauling undan, pahauling uli-uli, pahauling ulian, pahauling tungkan, pahauling toko, pahauling tapol, pahauling tambauli, pahauling sumbalik, pahauling sida, pahauling pula, pahauling pelipog, pahauling lawihan, pahauling kahoy, pahauling hilaw, pahauling dagko,pahauling bangkuli, pahauli sa moros, and pahauling balagon. Mix all of these and boil the roots in 1 liter of water for 15 minutes. |
