"Ihampol" or place the leaves directly on the abdomen of the mother. Tie with clean cloth to secure in place. Change the leaves when its already dry. |

Kogita or Pogita refers to a cultural infliction specific to women experienced during labor, the mother experiences difficulty in giving birth, other sign and symptom includes excessive thirst (polydipsia) thus mother displays excessive drinking of water. |
